The album also features the enchanting vocals of Mariana "la sonera de Venezuela," Joel Uriola on piano, Eliel Rivero on trombone, Carlos Padrón Jr. overseeing musical production, and Carlos Padrón Sr. directing the project.

    Iconic tracks like "Lo Que Yo Tuve Contigo" "Sobrevivi," and "AquÍ Se Puede" have captured the hearts of music enthusiasts, steadily growing the group's following. This album also pays homage to the late Catalino Tite Curet Alonzo with three compositions, along with the vibrant "Chenchereguma" by Mr. Justi Barreto.

  • Rumberos Del Callejón "Celebrando"

    Following the successful release of their debut album "De la Nada" in 2006, Rumberos del Callejón presents their new musical work, titled "Construyendo." This production was recorded in studios across Venezuela, New York, and Puerto Rico throughout the year 2012.

    Rumberos del Callejón returns with this second production, brimming with swing and flavor—a fusion of styles that has set new standards among salsa enthusiasts. They recognize the talent and added value present in each of the tracks comprising this musical project.

    The salsa version of the song "Cuando te toque llorar," popularized by Puerto Rican musician José Feliciano, becomes the lead single from the orchestra's second album, skillfully interpreted by the talented Mariana "La Sonera."

    "Construyendo" features arrangements by the gifted Alberto Crespo, Joel Uriola, Nelson Jaime, Isidro Infante, and Ramón Sánchez, all under the musical direction and production of Carlitos Padrón, who also contributes several compositions to the album.

    This album also boasts the participation of top-tier musicians, including Nelson Jaime, Arturo Ortiz, Isidro Infante, Alberto Crespo, Ramón Sánchez, José Tavares, Rubén Rodríguez, Jacob Plasse, Erick Vélez, Celso Clemente, Ray Colón, Pablo Santaella, José Cruz, Manuel Ruiz, and Iván Renta. Notably, two prominent guest Soneros participated: the Venezuelan Marcial Isturiz "El Negro de Capaya" and Frankie Morales, former singer of the prestigious band of the late "Rey del Timbal" Tito Puente, who currently enjoys a successful career in New York City.

    The backing vocals were skillfully handled by Wilmer Lozano, Edgar "El Abuelo" Rodríguez, Rodrigo Mendoza, and Eloy Rivas. Of course, the album is infused with the impressive performances of the band's front line: the Venezuelans Mariana "La Sonera de Venezuela," the experienced Rodrigo Mendoza, Gonzalo Díaz "La Voz Recia de la Salsa Joven," and Osvaldo Román, who served as the lead vocalist for notable groups like Puerto Rican Power and Grupo Niche.

    "Se Acabó el Silencio" was the second promotional single from this album, composed and interpreted by the Venezuelan artist Rodrigo Mendoza, with arrangements by the producer and trumpeter Nelson Jaime "Gazú." It received excellent reviews from salsa music genre specialists and was warmly embraced by fans of guaguancó.

    "Oye Lo Que Traigo, Pa’ Celebrar!" This is how Rumberos del Callejón announced their third musical endeavor in 2018, aptly named "Celebrando 10mo Aniversario" (Celebrating 10th Anniversary). This album commemorated the group's remarkable 10-year journey, during which they evolved into a prominent force in contemporary salsa.

    "Celebrando" is a compilation of nine singles featuring renowned vocalists such as Rodrigo Mendoza, Wilmer Lozano, Ángel Vallenilla, Veruzca Verdú, Gonzalo Díaz, and Memo Arroyave. It also includes special guest appearances by Tito Nieves, Gilberto Santa Rosa, Maelo Ruíz, Domingo Quiñones, and Luis Fernando Borjas.

    Recorded in Venezuela, Miami, the Dominican Republic, and New York, this production garnered praise not only for the presence of widely recognized voices in the salsa world but also for its versatile sound that aims to preserve the essence of the genre while infusing it with a touch of modernity.
